• 4 Potatoes
  • 2 tbsn Vegan Margarine
  • 2 Tbsn Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsn Mixed Herbs

These are absolutely delicious. Crunchy on the outside and melt in your mouth soft on the inside.

Awesome to accompany a roast or a salad, these delicious Roast Potatoes are easy to make and guaranteed to delight the tastebuds.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º Fahrenheit (200º Celsius)

Rinse any dirt off potatoes and cut into chunks approximately 2 inches in diameter. I leave the skins on because I love the flavour.

Melt Vegan Margarine in a bowl. Add Oil, Salt, Pepper and Mixed Herbs and mix well

Mix together with Potatoes in a bowl until Potatoes are well covered. Put in an oven safe dish, pouring all oil/margarine over the potatoes.

Put into over and roast for 45 minutes, stir and cook for a further 30 minutes.

Voilà, delicious Roast Potatoes. Enjoy :)
